Helping students reach new heights!
Honoring
Carter
This scholarship honors the memory of Carter Marohn-Johnson, who was a sophomore at North Point High School when he died on January 8, 2019. Carter possessed a unique perspective on life, and was not interested in following paths simply because they were the most traveled. Carter had enrolled in the Collision Repair program at North Point because he was interested in learning a skill that he could use as soon as he finished high school. He wanted to put those skills to work after graduation, and begin to create his own online business in his free time. Ultimately, Carter wanted to work for himself, live simply, and travel to new places.
